Terms and Conditions for the Bowie Girl Ultimate Summer Kit Competition

2. Eligibility
o The competition is open to participants aged 18 years or older.
o Entrants must have a public Instagram account to participate.
o Employees of Bowie, their immediate families, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
o The competition begins at 7 PM NZT on Wednesday, 4 December 2024, and closes at 11:59 PM NZT on Sunday, 15 December 2024.
o Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
o Follow @lifeisbowie on Instagram.
o Tag a friend in the competition post (unlimited entries allowed; each tag counts as a separate entry).
o Share the competition post to your Instagram Story and ensure you tag @lifeisbowie as an extra entry.
5. The Prize
o The Bowie Girl Ultimate Summer Kit valued at $1,483.00 includes:
▪ 2 x Bowie Complete Kits – $288 (one for the winner and one for a friend or chosen recipient).
▪ 1 x Baina Towel – $130.
▪ 1 x Loewe Large Leather-Trimmed Basket Tote – $1,000.
▪ 1 x Customised Frank Green Drink Bottle (in Bowie colours) – $65.
o The prize will be shipped via DHL Express to the winner’s provided address.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
o The winner will be randomly selected and announced via @lifeisbowie’s Instagram account on Monday, 16 December 2024.
o The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram.
7. Claiming the Prize
o The winner must respond to the notification within 72 hours to claim their prize.
o If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
8. General Terms
o The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other items.
o The Promoter is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses during prize delivery.
o By entering, participants grant the Promoter the right to use their name, Instagram handle, and any submitted content for promotional purposes related to this competition.
9. Disqualification
o The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the entry requirements, are incomplete, or are deemed inappropriate.
10. Privacy
• Personal information collected as part of the competition will only be used to administer the competition and deliver the prize.
11. Changes and Cancellation
