New Zealand Shipping
— Shipping is free on orders over $100 NZD.
— Shipping is a flat rate of $10 NZD on orders under $100 NZD.
— All New Zealand orders are dispatched from the BOWIE warehouse in Auckland via Aramex.
Standard service delivery guidelines — New Zealand
— Deliveries are made Monday – Friday.
— Deliveries to the Auckland region within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
— North Island delivered within 2-4 business days after order is placed.
— South Island delivered within 3-7 business days after your order is placed.
— Some rural deliveries may take longer.
* Please note we can not deliver to parcel lockers or PO Boxes.
Australia Shipping
— Shipping is free on orders over $100 AUD.
— Shipping is a flat rate of $10 on orders under $100 AUD for standard service.
— Express service is available at check out for a flat rate of $15 AUD.
— All standard Australia orders are dispatched from the BOWIE warehouse in Auckland via NZ Post International Tracked Courier service which links directly through to Australia Post.
Standard delivery guidelines — NZ Post/Australia Post:
— Deliveries are made Monday – Friday
— VIC and NSW metro areas delivered within 3-10 business days after order is placed.
— All other areas within 4-10 business days after your order is placed.
— Some rural deliveries may take longer.
Express delivery guidelines - Fedex:
— Delivery via express service will be 2-4 days to any location within Australia.
*Please note we cannot deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes.
International Shipping — Outside of New Zealand & Australia
— Shipping is free on orders over $100 USD
— Shipping is a flat rate of $10 on orders under $100 USD for standard service.
— Express service is available at check out for a flat rate of $15 USD.
— All orders outside of NZ & Australia are charged in USD.
— All Express International orders are dispatched from the BOWIE warehouse in Auckland via Fedex
— All Standard International orders are dispatched from the BOWIE warehouse in Auckland via NZ Post International Tracked Courier service
Standard delivery guidelines
— Delivery is 6-10 working days from dispatch for Standard orders
— Delivery is 3-6 working days from dispatch for Express orders
Duties & Taxes
For all orders outside New Zealand & Australia, import or customs duties (including GST and VAT) may be charged once the order reaches the destination country and must be paid by the person placing the order. We will not refund your order if you do not want to pay the import or customs duty. Customs duties and policies vary per country, you can see what the thresholds are for your country via this link. Please note this also may impact delivery timings.
Returns
— If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
— Returned goods must be in un-used condition with packaging and order confirmation included.
— Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
— The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged Items
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from it’s journey to you. However if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us
