Love this serum it feels amazing after micro needling. Only thing is the pump doesn’t seem to pick up the serum

Serum is great, but it seems as though it's too thick for the dropper so that part doesn't work so well.

Nice product but change the packaging

Really nice and cooling immediately post roll! Absorbs into the skin really quickly as well. I don’t get any irritation and look forward to using it :) The only issue I have is with it being in a dropper bottle - I got the serum for free with a deal but wouldn’t purchase it based on the packaging. The dropper doesn’t really work well with the product because it’s quite thick, almost a gel texture. It seems too thick to go up into the pipette. It wouldn’t dispense at all despite being a brand new bottle so I just sanitise my hands then wipe the product from the outside of the pipette onto my hand, not ideal but seems to work. I think an airless pump bottle or tub with spatula would be much easier to use.
